Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please return it in its original packaging with the invoice within 3 days from the date of purchase, and we are happy to exchange it for you at the same time at the Riffa branch according to the shop times. Some exceptions apply.

We kindly inform you that your money cannot be refunded unless the goods are defective or damaged by the factory.

 You can cancel the order before it goes out for delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp

When you do not receive the request from the delivery personnel for any reason, your order will be canceled immediately by KAMALIAT

Please note that delivery charges are not refundable once the order has been shipped. You can return the order by visiting the Riffa branch with the product you wish to exchange.

 IF: 

You have received the wrong product;

You received a product not described on the Site; or

You have received a damaged product.

Delivery cost will be on KAMALIAT.
